Bicol Express, best enjoyed with steamed rice to soak up every bite. Our version features the fish of the day, pan fried to get perfect crispy skin laid in our Bicol express sauce made with coconut milk, coconut cream, bagoong, chilli, ginger, garlic

A diner favourite is our Adobo Mushroom Croquetas, which blend Filipino flavours with a modern twist, a good crunch and rich flavours

They’re filled with wild mushrooms cooked in a tangy adobo sauce, made with British produce

Chicken Inasal: Perfectly chargrilled corn-fed chicken, marinated for 48 hours in lemongrass, coconut vinegar, calamansi, garlic and annatto oil. Served with a butter emulsion and topped with pickled red onions
